Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop short-, medium-, and long-term market strategic plans.

2. Collect and analyze conveyor belt industry information, assess current market conditions, and formulate sales strategies.

3. Organize and develop new markets.

4. Develop sales plans and evaluation schemes, and be responsible for their implementation and follow-up.

Job Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of experience in the conveyor belt industry.

2. Ability to independently lead a team to develop markets.

3. Strong communication skills with a positive and optimistic attitude.

4. Dedicated and responsible, willing to travel frequently for extended periods.

Purchasing Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

1. Be familiar with the specifications and models of assigned materials, understand relevant standards, and control purchase order requirements and delivery schedules.

2. Update the Approved Supplier List and related documentation in a timely manner.

3. Cooperate with the PMC department to ensure raw materials are procured on time to guarantee smooth production, and prepare daily reports on material delivery abnormalities.

4. Track the implementation of MRB meeting resolutions, actively follow up on supplier quality improvements, and promptly report supplier feedback to the Quality Control Department.

5. Track the return of all outsourced processed products to the warehouse and monitor remaining outsourced material inventory.

6. Follow up with relevant departments on sample confirmation results and return feedback to suppliers on the same day.

7. Follow the daily work arrangements of the purchaser and complete daily task summaries.

8. Assist the purchaser with account reconciliation.

9. Complete other tasks temporarily assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

1. Must hold a C1 driver’s license and be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
